Lisa from Navera will be here to offer the musical connection program for children. We will have three sessions all together; 2 sessions in October and the last session in November for same age group. This program helps understand how music and movement can aid in children’s developments.

If you have a daycare or a dayhome please join us at the Centre for a non-registered drop-in play time. We are open only for Daycares and Dayhomes for this day.

Sip & Chat with Canadian Mental Health Association
Sip & chat is time for caregivers to come have coffee and connect with others . Chalaine from Canadian Mental Health Association will be here to chat with any moms who may need some extra support.
This is a drop-in program and for caregivers with children age 0-5.
Parent & Baby (0-3)
This is a free program to families with children ages 0-3 to come and participate in parent and baby bonding through play, fine and gross motor activities, arts + crafts, and sensory activities; while fostering and nurturing the connection between caregivers and their babies. This is a come and go program, please come at your convince and build beautiful memories with your little!
Messy Babies (0-3)
Messy Babies is a program focused on open-ended, hands-on activity such as finger painting, rice play, yoghurt play, or touching wet sand. This program is designed to touch on all five senses in a controlled way to let babies make a mess. It helps infants develop brain connections, fine motor skills and sensory tolerance by exploring textures without pressure for a specific, perfect outcome. Babies learn about the world by feeling, squishing, pouring and smearing. Caregivers, bring a change of clothes! The more mess, the more learning!
Lil' Tastebuds
This is a registered, facilitator-led program where parents and their children will work on simple, healthy recipes that can be easily done at home with family. This program only has room for three children and their parents at a time, so please join our waitlist if you would like to attend a future program.

Practical Life Skills (3-5)
A Facilitator led program to educate your little ones on everyday life skills and selfcare habits. This is a age appropriate program inspired by the Montessori philosophy fostering independence and healthy behaviors.
This is a program for children age 3-5. Drop-In at a time that works best for your family.

Pumpkin Painting
Pumpkin painting is a registered program. Pumpkin Painting will be an open-ended, process art program for Caregivers and child to design their very own pumpkin, just in time for Halloween. Each family will get one pumpkin to paint and decorate with each other and take home to display on Halloween night! No pumpkin carving, just some paint and a pumpkin!
Tummy Explorers (0-8)
Tummy Explorers is for caregivers to bring their babies and explore many different ways to encourage tummy time! We will have different mats and activities to try with your little ones!
This program is for ages 0-8 months and is a drop-in program
Bonding thru Play with an SLP (0-5)
Chat with a Speech and Language Pathologist- Bonnie Quiring Gallen, who is a Speech and Language Pathologist with the Saskatchewan Health Authority, will be coming during drop-in play to chat with families to talk about speech.
Sensory Exploration (3-5)
This program is designed for children ages 3 to 5! This programs focus is a hands-on learning experience designed to stimulate children’s senses – touch, sight, smell, sound taste and movement. It is a program that encourages children to explore the world around them using their five senses, alongside developing important skills!

Mat Mom’s (0-18)
Mat Mom’s is our Prenatal to 18 Months Parent & Caregiver Support Group that is designed to ensure you don’t have to navigate parenthood journey alone. This program bridges the gap between community and expertise, offering a welcoming space where expectant parents and caregivers of infants can connect, share experiences, and find reliable guidance.
Whether you are preparing for your baby's arrival or navigating the active milestone of 18 months, this group provides the tools, reassurance, and expert insight you need to thrive.
MWEYFRC 2nd Birthday

Sip & Chat with Michele
Sip & chat is time for caregivers to come have coffee and connect with others in the Centre! A Lactation Consultant/Nutritionist will be joining us for this session.
This is a drop-in program and for caregivers with children age 0-5.
Immunization Clinic (0-5)
We will be having an Immunization Clinic through the Saskatchewan Health Authority at our Centre. This is for ages 0-5 years old and is a walk-in between 9:15-11:15am.

Little Yogis is a registered Yoga program for ages 18months-5 years. This program helps strengthens Kid’s emotional regulation and resilience alongside physical development.
