A program focusing on the challenges and joys of parenting neurodivergent children/youth. Children with neurological differences may include, but are not limited to those with: Learning difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, ADD, and Dyslexia.

Thursdays January 8th-February 12, 1:00-3:00pm

Your child does not need a formal diagnosis for you to participate in this group.

There will be guided weekly discussions on topics such as working through managing behaviours, parenting fears, connecting with your child, emotional regulation and co-regulation, mental health and wellness, and creating support networks.

Parents and children come together during a couple hour time slot when it is best for families to come. The large time slot is beneficial to families whose children have different nap times or Preschool times. This is the time for children and caregivers to connect and grow together using exploration through play.
