Nicole Benbow is a Turtle Island Metis woman who works with Gabriel Dumont Institute. She will be joining us for Bonding thru Play and will bring some different items and artifacts for families to see, touch, and learn about Metis culture with.

Chat with a Speech and Language Pathologist- Bonnie Quiring Gallen, who is a Speech and Language Pathologist with the Saskatchewan Health Authority, will be coming during drop-in play to chat with families to talk about speech.
Tummy Explorers with Myranda Reimer Physiotherapy
Tummy Explorers is for caregivers to bring their babies and explore many different ways to encourage tummy time! We will have different mats and activities to try with your little ones! The program today will also be joined by Myranda Reimer from Myranda Reimer Physio. She will provide general information for kiddos regarding their development, baby massage, and other questions you may have.
This program is for ages 0-1.5 and is a drop-in program

We will be having an Immunization Clinic through the Saskatchewan Health Authority at our Centre. This is for ages 0-5 years old and is a walk-in between 9:15-11:15am.

Tummy Explorers is for caregivers to bring their babies and explore many different ways to encourage tummy time! We will have different mats and activities to try with your little ones! The program today will also be joined by a physiotherapist from Sask Kids Physio.
This program is for ages 0-1.5 and is a drop-in program

Foundations Learning: Learn and Soar
Join Foundations Learning for activities, rhymes, storytelling, and a parent session. A take-home book is provided. This program is for children aged 3-5 and their caregivers.

Occupational Therapist Presentation
Rachel Pelechaty from Carter’s Counselling will be joining us for a presentation on fine-motor and pre-writing skills for parents with children aged 3-5 years of age! We will also be sending parents home with activity kits with fine-motor supplies and activities!

We are partnering with Quiet Life Yoga in Warman to offer a free in-studio Baby & Me Barre Class. This class is for moms and kiddos aged 0-18 months old. This class will be taking place at Quiet Life Yoga Studio in Warman.

A program focusing on the challenges and joys of parenting neurodivergent children/youth. Children with neurological differences may include, but are not limited to those with: Learning difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, ADD, and Dyslexia.
Thursdays January 8th-February 12, 1:00-3:00pm
Your child does not need a formal diagnosis for you to participate in this group.
There will be guided weekly discussions on topics such as working through managing behaviours, parenting fears, connecting with your child, emotional regulation and co-regulation, mental health and wellness, and creating support networks.
Drop-ins are welcome but registration is encouraged. For questions or to register, contact Tera at 306.222.3345.
