Sip & chat is time for caregivers to come have coffee and connect with others while our program facilitators play with the children in the centre! This is the only program lead by facilitators that has child-minding. A RN and Lactation Consultant who works for Healthy & Home will be joining us today.

This is a drop-in program and for caregivers with children age 0-5.
